I was alerted to the visit of 6 F22 Raptors at RAAF Base Williamtown. So I decided I’d take a chance and travel there to photograph them if they were to make an appearance. I got lucky when two were brought out and took off for the Pacific Airshow in Queensland. While there I took advantage of the situation by visiting Fighter World and practising my aerial photography by taking photos of other planes that also were coming in and out of the airport.
