Australia Day 2026
Jo and I got out to see some of the activities that took place as part of the Australia Day Celebrations for 2026. We started with a walk around George’s Head and Middle Head to see some of the historic harbour fortifications. From there it was off to the main event. A handling display of the F35A Lightning II and a fly past of the MH60R Seahawk trailing the Australian flag. I also got some photographs of the watercraft and police helicopters patrolling the area.
